AIS respects freedom of expression and association, and maintains a Zero Tolerance stance toward human rights violations, including child labor, human trafficking, unfair employment practices, and personal data breaches. The Company integrates Human Rights Due Diligence and systematic prevention and remediation measures across its Business Value Chain to ensure continuous alignment with applicable laws and human rights standards. This approach not only mitigates legal and reputational risks, but also fosters a safe and equitable working environment while creating long-term shared value for stakeholders.

Management Approach
AIS has the practice for conducting business operations with respect for human rights according to various declarations and treaties involving the business such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UNDHR), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), and the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work of the International Labour Organization (ILO), to prevent and avoid violations of the human rights of all stakeholders throughout the business value chain.
Human Rights Management Process
Define human rights policy and establish the Human Rights Committee to oversee implementation across the organization
Conducting Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)
Compliance with pertinent laws and establishing processes to promote human rights.
Providing channels for suggestions and complaints concerning human rights for every group of employees and stakeholders.
