The advancement and growth of digital technology have led to a significant increase in mobile internet usage. Meanwhile, telecommunications operators continue investing in network infrastructure despite a saturated market. At the same time, emerging digital services are experiencing steady growth and have become key challengers in the telecommunications and internet network sectors. These include Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms such as social media, chat and voice applications, video and music streaming platforms, and on-demand delivery services.

These factors impact revenue generation and business growth. In response, AIS has refined its strategy to go beyond traditional network services by developing innovative digital products and services. Leveraging the capabilities of 5G technology, AIS integrates its strengths in telecommunications infrastructure with digital platform and solution offerings. This strategic transformation positions AIS as a comprehensive technology solutions provider, catering to the evolving needs of both individual and enterprise customers.
