Management Approach
The Company has established a proactive direction for the development of digital products and services to respond to rapid technological advancements such as AI, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT). This is achieved by strengthening network infrastructure, information technology systems, and data analytics capabilities across three key dimensions:

1. Intelligent Network Evolution

The Company focuses on enhancing network performance across speed, stability, latency, and service continuity to establish a strong foundation capable of supporting next-generation digital services. Network capabilities are further advanced through cutting-edge technologies such as 5G+, which extends 5G performance to support more demanding use cases with higher speeds and ultra-low latency.

In parallel, the Company is improving toward Autonomous Network capabilities to increase automation in network management, reduce reliance on manual operations, and ensure consistently high service quality. These capabilities are critical to enabling advanced digital services—including IoT, edge computing, AI solutions, and real-time services—which require high-performance, reliable network infrastructure to operate effectively.

2. IT Transformation

The Company continues to strengthen its IT capabilities through the adoption of cloud technologies to enhance agility, stability, and security across its systems. This transformation is driven by three key initiatives:

  • Developing an integrated omnichannel customer experience by connecting online and offline service platforms into a unified system, enabling seamless customer journeys and data-driven, personalized offerings.
  • Advancing cloud-native architecture and cybersecurity technologies to efficiently and securely support increasing system usage and scalability.
  • Designing IT architecture in line with TM Forum standards, applying a layered architecture approach to reduce system complexity and improve flexibility and interoperability across internal and external platforms.

3. AI and Data Innovation

The Company places strong emphasis on enhancing data and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities as core enablers for the development of new digital products and services. These capabilities support a wide range of applications, including user behavior analytics, personalized service design, AI-enhanced customer experiences, and improved operational organization efficiency.

By integrating AI with advanced data analytics, the Company is able to develop diverse digital solutions—such as digital lifestyle services, AI-driven applications, and data insight–based services—creating new business opportunities and strengthening its ability to respond quickly and accurately to evolving market needs.
