AIS Signals Cooperation with GUNKUL – SCB for Energy Trading Platform Promoting Open Access to Clean, Low Cost Energy in Thailand for the First Time

Ltd, a holding company of Siam Commercial Bank, in a sandbox aimed at developing Thailand’s first peer-to-peer energy trading platform in support of the Thai people accessing clean, low cost energy.

AIS is applying mobile phone numbers from its blockchain Mobile ID system to the energy trading platform, opening up the opportunity for members of the public to freely trade electrical energy in the future. Blockchain technology will ensure the efficiency of the trades while traders engage in activity safely and conveniently using the Mobile ID system.
