AIS Strengthens Transparency and Governance, Receives the Sustainability Disclosure Award 2025

AIS continues to reinforce its commitment to transparency, strong corporate governance, and responsible business practices, with a strong emphasis on high-quality disclosure of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) information aligned with international reporting standards. Through its Sustainability Report, Annual Report, and corporate disclosure platforms, AIS provides accurate, consistent, and verifiable information to support informed decision-making by investors and stakeholders.

In recognition of this commitment, AIS was awarded the Sustainability Disclosure Award 2025 by the Thaipat Institute, honoring organizations with excellence in sustainability disclosure. The assessment is conducted by an independent panel of experts based on three key criteria: completeness of disclosure, credibility of data, and effectiveness of communication, using a scorecard framework benchmarked against global sustainability reporting standards.

The award reflects AIS’s role as a responsible telecommunications and digital technology company, committed to enhancing transparency, strengthening investor confidence, and contributing to the advancement of sustainability disclosure standards in Thailand, under the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) framework.
